Record 001 · Sheet 002 · Las Vegas, Nevada
Eight enquiries in two months, from a site that couldn’t take one.
Bailey’s Sweeper Service has swept Las Vegas parking lots since 1988. Their buyers are the same people who award your work: property managers, HOAs, facility directors. This is what happened when their website started pulling its weight.

A site that lost work quietly
The old site was built on an ageing site-builder. It looked dated on a phone and had no working way to send an enquiry. For searches like “street sweeping las vegas” it averaged position 15 on Google. Practically invisible.
Five pages, done properly
A custom five-page site: fast, clear, built around the enquiry. Search foundations Google can read. Photography cut from 24MB to under 10MB so pages load on a job-site phone. Measurement wired in before launch, not after. The domain moved without breaking the company’s email.
Bailey’s owns all of it
Code, hosting, domain, analytics, the form: handed over, with a written document saying what lives where. Running cost is about $20 a year, the domain. No retainer, no lock-in, no hostage situation.
The numbers · Google Search Console
Measured, not promised.
8 (see note 1): Genuine enquiries, first two months
15.0 → 10.6 (see note 2): Avg Google position, May to July
2.6 (see note 2): Avg position, “street sweeping las vegas”
1.51 → 2.22% (see note 2): Search click-through rate
3,235 → 2,118 (see note 3): Impressions. Yes, down
One number went down. It’s printed anyway.
Impressions fell partly because we canonicalised duplicate addresses, collapsing several Search Console rows into one. Fewer, cleaner URLs report fewer impressions. The enquiries went up anyway. Every record we publish keeps its down numbers.

- Junk, duplicates and sales approaches filtered out. No advertising spend.
